Since 2002 I have competed with the Nice-based club where free diving (without an air tank) became recognized as a sport and where the world champions in the sport train. I am a licensed instructor for free diving, snorkeling and standup paddle board, and can introduce you to any of these activities or adapt to your level of experience. Or I can simply take you to the best beaches for relaxing and tanning!

Spend half a day visiting the most scenic parts of the coast between Nice and Monaco (Eze, Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu), and the other half in the water doing one or more of these activities. The day will be entirely customized according to your wishes, and may focus entirely on water sports without the half-day tour of villages if you prefer.

Equipment will be provided for the water sports (2 paddle boards, wetsuits, snorkeling masks). If the entire group wishes to free dive, we may arrange to go out in a boat from Nice or Villefranche; otherwise, those who wish to can sample the sport from the coast.

– Free diving (no tanks used): take a breath and go down!
– Snorkeling.
– Scuba diving
– Stand up paddle
…..etc

Activities will take place around the beautiful bay of Villefranche, where the conditions are perfect for enjoying your time on the water.
